The Red Barn, Southlands, 6388 Market Ave, Tsawwassen
The festival performances will take place in the Market Square area outside the Red Barn. The start / finish line for the Ride will be located on the Market Avenue directly in front of the Red Barn. The Riders’ Lounge for ride registrations and check in is located inside the Red Barn.

Ride Times:
Barns to Beaches Ride Start times are available from 10 am - 4 pm
Full Course Riders will start in waves beginning at 10 am, staggered throughout the day.
Leisure Riders start in waves at 12 pm
Kids Ride & Fun Zone will be hosted around the Red Barn and Yellow House at Southlands from 10 am - 6 pm

On-site parking at Southlands Grange is limited to festival staff, vendors and sponsors.
We encourage you to bike in or park at one of the approved festival parking locations and use the complimentary shuttle service.
Public parking is available at the following locations during festival hours:
Paterson Park, 5800 Clarence Taylor Crescent, Ladner, BC
South Delta Recreation Centre, 1720 56 Street,Tsawwassen
Centennial Beach Parking Lot

Yes, there will be a complimentary shuttle departing hourly from Paterson Park in Ladner and make three stops along the route to Southlands.
Shuttles will depart every hour and the route will take approximately 30 mins in each direction: Shuttles will operate all day long. Participants travelling with bicycles can place their bikes on the accompanying bike shuttle truck. You must collect your bike on arrival at the festival site.
There is very limited on site parking, we encourage you to bike or use the complimentary shuttle service to attend the festival.

Anyone registered to ride the Barns to Beaches bike route will be provided with a complimentary wristband which provides access to the festival site. On site, there is limited availability for guests not participating in the ride who wish to attend, subject to site capacity.

Registered riders can collect their wristband inside the Red Barn. Your festival wristband provides in/out access to the festival site to enjoy the live music, expo and activities.

Yes. The stage and operations areas are covered so the event will take place rain or shine.

Yes, riders participating in the Barns to Beaches ride are encouraged to stay for the festival to enjoy the music, food and festivities.
The Bike Valet is located across the street from the festival site, and is being managed by Ladner / Tsawwassen Rotary Clubs on a “by donation” basis. You can leave your bike overnight if you don’t want to ride home after the concert.
The Bag Check service is located in the Riders Lounge in the Red Barn. This is a complimentary service for Ride Supporters with a $5 service charge for free riders.

Yes, riders participating in the Barns to Beaches ride are encouraged to stay for the festival to enjoy the music, food and festivities. So a change area is being provided along with a bag check service.
So bring your gear, check your bag, do the ride and then change into your best rock t-shirt for 54-40!

Guaranteed admission festival wristbands are only being offered to participants who register for the ride.
Once the ride registrations are completed, if there is still space available at the festival site, we will allow guests who didn’t register for the ride to attend the festival. This will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Watch this website for more information once the rider registration has opened.

Full Course Ride - Tsawwassen to Ladner & Back 16km each way. Start time every 10 min starting at 10am. This ride will pass by all 10 Ride Stations and culminates with live Elvis Tribute performances.
Leisure Ride - Southlands Red Barn to the Boundary Bay Dike & Back - 4km each way. Start time every 10 min beginning at 12:05 pm. This ride will pass by 5 Ride Stations including free cookies and Krispie Squares, photo station, DJ, cheer squad and fun!
Kids Ride - Festival Site around the Red Barn & Yellow House. Casual start times all day long. Getting around the block will be fun at this ride!

Participants are invited to register as Ride Supporters and raise pledges for the Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation (DHCHF), supporting local healthcare initiatives including future MRI services for Delta Hospital. Fundraising participants will be eligible for exclusive rewards and prizes.
We’ve made it easy to become a peer-to-peer fundraiser! Simply sign up, encourage your friends and family to support your ride, and you can collect these amazing perks as you reach your fundraising goals.
All registered Ride Participants will receive a festival admission wristband which provides guaranteed access to the Barns to Beaches Festival.
Ride Supporters who make donations or raise pledges for DHCHF will be eligible for additional rewards at various donation levels. Riders pledging $50 get an official Ride Supporter T-shirt. Riders pledging $150 get a $100 Four Winds Beach House gift certificate plus the t-shirt. Riders pledging $300 get a Barnside Harvest Festival ticket, plus the Four Winds gift certificate and official Ride Supporter t-shirt.
The net proceeds go to the Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation. -
Tax receipts will be issued post-event by Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation to all Ride Supporters who request the tax receipt and provide their applicable contact information. Receipts will be calculated in the amount of the net proceeds received by Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation, to be delivered to the Ride Supporter by email. The net proceeds will be determined by the total amount of the pledge raised, less the physical cost of the rewards delivered. For example, Ride Supporters who raise $50 will receive a t-shirt and other rewards, therefore the net benefit and tax-receipt amount will equal the total pledge less the cost of the rewards delivered to the rider. These net amounts will be finalized post-event.

Sorry this is a no-smoking site, but guests can step outside the gate and smoke in a designated smoking area near the Bike Valet.

No outside food or beverages allowed. Four Winds Brewing and Barnside Brewing are collaborating on this event, so there will be a full menu of beer, wine, coolers and non-alcoholic beverages. Food trucks and onsite concessions are available.
Glass bottles, metal cans, single use plastic bottles are not permitted. Personal water bottles will be allowed.

The entire site is licensed. Four Winds Brewing and Barnside Brewing are collaborating on this event, so there will be a full menu of beer, wine, coolers and non-alcoholic beverages. Watch for news about a very special custom beer coming soon!

Due to limited space and the large crowd anticipated, pets and animals are not allowed on site. Exceptions include guide, service and / or signal dogs for persons with disabilities.

Credit cards, debit cards and cash will all be accepted on site. Some food trucks may vary.

There are tremendous volunteer positions available at Barns to Beaches Festival for those who have a great community spirit and are ready to cheer on the riders and kids. Volunteer positions are available at all Ride Celebration Stations, Kids Ride, Fun Zone, VIP Area, Registration Table, Rewards Fulfilment, Hospitality Services and Guest Services. A secure bike valet will be located on site by the main entrance, operated by donation by Ladner / Tsawwassen Rotary Clubs.

Lost and found will be located in the Red Barn during the event, and then at Southlands Grange after the event.

In/Out privileges will be allowed during the Festival. Please show your wristband for re-entry.

You may start your ride in Ladner and make your way to Southlands following our ride route in reverse. You can pick up your wristband and Ride Rewards when you arrive on site.
We want everyone to end up in Tsawwassen at the festival site to enjoy the music. If you registered as a Ride Supporter and have raised pledges for Delta Hospital, you can pick up your t-shirt and Ride Rewards at the Registration Tables anytime during the event.

There are a few parking spaces along the route that you might access, and then start your ride from this point, but these parking spaces are all first-come, first-served. If you want to do the Full Course Ride, we recommend you park in Tsawwassen, or take the shuttle, and start your ride at the Red Barn, doing the full there-and-back. Wherever you start, try to “Ride for the King” at Ride Station # 10 to see Elvis at the Barnside refreshment and turn-around site!
