Bike Valet is open: June 20, 9 am - 10 pm & June 21, 9 am - 12 pm
Ride Times:
Full Course Rides begin at 10 am. Riders will depart in waves leaving every 10 minutes.
Leisure Rides begin at 12:05 pm, with riders departing in waves every 10 minutes.
Kids Rides will have casual start times all day long until 5 pm

Route Festivities
Along the route there are 10 Ride Stations to help celebrate this new route. Each station is hosted by sponsors, volunteers and supporters. The Barns to Beaches Ride is not a race! So we encourage you to stop at the Ride Stations, enjoy a free cookie or Krispie square, take a few selfies and enjoy the music and scenery.
Riders doing the Full Course Ride will be rewarded with a special performance by Aaron Wong & the Del-Fi Destroyers at Ride Station # 10 located at Barnside Brewing Co. So feel free to Ride for the King, enjoy a refreshment and then make the trip back to the festival site.
The Elvis Tribute set times are: 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm.
After a nice 16 km ride back to Southlands, you’ll be able to freshen up in the Rider’ Lounge before you head out to the festival fun.
Free Festival admission
All Ride Participants will receive a wristband upon check-in at the Registration Table in the Red Barn. This wristband provides in/out access to the Barns to Beaches Festival featuring 54-40 and guests.
Wristband pickup
Pre-registered Riders can pick up their wristbands at the Registration Tables in The Run Inn Riders’ Lounge, located inside the Red Barn, beginning at 9 am on June 20.
Transportation
FREE shuttles are available from Ladner to Tsawwassen to Southlands all day.
BIKE VALET SERVICE
Saturday June 20: 9 am - 10 pm
Sunday June 21: 9 am - 12 noon
The Bike Valet Service will operate beside the Red Barn by donation to Ladner / Tsawwassen Rotary Clubs. We will have a tag and check system, but all riders are encouraged to bring your own locks.
The concert will end at 9 pm, (sunsets at 9:20) so most cyclists will ride home after the concert. If you ride your bicycle to the festival site and don’t want to cycle home, the Bike Valet Service can hold your bike overnight and you can pick it up the next morning.
There will be free shuttles operating between Ladner and Tsawwassen all day. So don’t drink and ride! If you consume alcohol at the concert, you can take a shuttle home and pick up your bike the next day!
BICYCLE SAFETY CHECKS
Courtesy of South Delta Bikes Mobile repair service, there will be a free Bike Safety Check area on site. This will be ideal for riders who are just dusting off their bike for the summer and need a quick check-over. Stop by South Delta Bikes Mobile unit beside the Bike Valet and say hi. We’ll have a look!
